Return & Refund Policy

At Eclipse Technologies, products are eligible for return or exchange only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items received by the customer.

Important: A complete unboxing video is mandatory to process any return or exchange request. The video must clearly show the sealed package, shipping label, product condition, and issue found after opening the parcel. Requests without proper unboxing video proof will not be accepted.

Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, physical damage after delivery, or unauthorized modifications are not eligible for return or exchange. All issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with video and photo proof.

If a product is unavailable, only the product amount will be refunded. Bank charges, payment gateway fees, shipping charges, and transaction fees are non-refundable.
